My approach

That’s why in my work, we take the time to figure out if there’s a piece of the puzzle missing. A bit of psychological information, that if unlocked, would settle everything into place.

We’re not coming up with things that aren’t there. We’re not looking for excuses or to call things traumatic when they weren’t. But we will take a good honest look at your life, your feelings, and your hurt. We’ll give it space. We’ll sort through it and make it make sense.

And while we do that, we’re also doing the practical work to make things better now.

First, we are going to analyze what’s not right and get to know you deeply. Then once we’ve grasped the root issue of what’s making life hard, we roll up our sleeves and get to fixing it. You’ll have a pragmatic, compassionate psychologist by your side.
